About Our Services

Stacked Prints provides precision 3D printing services for clients who require professional, reliable, and high-fidelity results.

We operate as a production partner, not a hobby bureau. Our operations are built on efficiency and uncompromising quality, focusing on three core specializations:

1. Bespoke Props & Fabrication

We fabricate high-concept props, masks, and unique decor for the entertainment and events industry. This work often requires absolute discretion to protect a client's creative investment. We operate with strict confidentiality to ensure our clients' unique designs remain their own, from concept to delivery.

2. Premium Miniatures

Detail is non-negotiable. We utilize ultra-high-resolution 16K resin printers, to produce gallery-quality miniatures. This technology allows us to capture intricate details—from textures to facial expressions—that standard printers simply cannot achieve.

3. Custom Functional Parts

When a component needs to perform under load, we deliver. Using advanced FDM printers, we manufacture durable, functional parts. We work with a range of engineering-grade materials, from economical PLA+ to high-strength PA-CF, to create custom tools, prototypes, and end-use components built for specific, real-world applications.

Our Philosophy

  • Quality: We do not compromise on print quality or material standards.

  • Consistency: Our streamlined, data-driven workflow ensures you receive the same high-standard result on your first order and your fiftieth.

  • Discretion: We understand the value of a unique idea. All client work, particularly bespoke fabrication, is handled with strict confidentiality.

  • Legality: We respect intellectual property. Stacked Prints exclusively prints licensed models, original client designs, or commissioned works.

Below are some comparisons. To ensure a fair test, I used identical print settings for both the PLA and PETG models. Additionally, no supports were used for any of the prints, including the resin version. This is why delamination is visible on the door archway.
