We want you to be happy with your order. Our returns policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will reprint and reship at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us and we'll sort it out immediately at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

Because all items are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please check product descriptions carefully before ordering. If you're unsure about a piece, email us before purchasing.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

How to Request a Return

Email hello@stackedprints.com with your order number and photos. We'll respond within 1 business day.
