By placing an order with Stacked Prints (ABN 11 331 548 016), you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All items are printed to order. By completing checkout you confirm you have read the product description and understand what you are ordering. We reserve the right to cancel orders we are unable to fulfil, with a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Intellectual Property

The 3D models we print are owned by their respective designers. We print under licence from each designer. The physical prints we produce are sold as physical goods only — we do not sell digital files.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the cost of replacing the product or refunding the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
